Friends of Screven County Animals
FOSCA is strictly a volunteer run pet rescue organization. Our goal is to assist the homeless animals in Screven County find an alternative from being euthanized. We update our website daily of animals from the Screven County Animal Shelter to give these animals a chance of being seen, and in hopes of finding them a good forever home.

shelter...the cast-offs of human society. I saw in their eyes
love and hope, fear and dread, sadness and betrayal. And I was
angry. "God," I said, "this is terrible! Why don't
you do something?"
